Stas Khirman, Founder , TEC - The Entrepreneurs Club
                        Co-Founder & CTO, ChooChee Inc

Mr.Khirman is a founder of “TEC – The Entrepreneur Club” – an international multi-ethnic network of several thousand high-tech entrepreneurs, executives and other professionals started in 2003.

Mr. Khirman is a serial entrepreneur and co-founder of three Silicon Valley Startup. He currently serves as a CTO of ChooChee Inc – leader of cloud-based VoIP services.

Prior to founding ChooChee, Stas was a Co-Founder of Skyrider, a revolutionary company developing technologies to organize & monetize peer-to-peer networks.

Mr. Khirman founded Narus, a global leader in software and technology for telecom industry and government agencies, where he helped design the world’s most scalable network transaction analysis system. Narus was acquired by The Boeing Company.

Stas also served as the networking group leader at VDOnet, a pioneer in internet video. VDOnet was acquired by Citrix. Over the years, Stas has consulted and coached over 1,000 businesses on strategy, business development, and venture financing. Stas holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Kiev.



Anna S. Dvornikova, Angel Investor


Anna is an angel investor. She serves on Advisory/Board of Directors of several technology startups, including eMazeU (acquired by Zoran), WikiMart, Manumatix, and OktoGo. She is the author of many articles on entrepreneurship, angel and venture financing.
 
Anna is a Managing Director of TEC. 

For many years Anna served as the President of AmBAR, a non-profit business network of Russian-speaking professionals, growing it from a small local gathering to over 2500 member organization known worldwide. She is the Founder and the Chairperson of the SVOD Conference. As AmBAR’s President, Anna organized a delegation of 20 prominent investors representing top Silicon Valley VC firms with more than $60 bln under management to Moscow in May 2010 to meet with Russian business, investment and government elite, including President Medvedev, to further ties between Silicon Valley and Russian high-tech community. She also organized and co-hosted the Russian President visit in the Silicon Valley in June 2010.

Anna holds her J.D. from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) and her Master of Laws degree from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley.

Anna is a frequent speaker at international and executive conferences. She was featured on CNN, in Wall Street Journal, San Jose Mercury News, Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal, as well as major Russian TV channels and newspapers.

 

Marina Masterova


Marina Masterova has over 8 years of experience in business development, marketing projects and event management. She launched the first official off-road for snowmobiles and ATV and loaded foundation for recreational trails system; executed cross-country expedition from east to west in order to promote Russia as an attractive travel destination; developed business and distribution of Nestlé’s subdivision in one of biggest Russian city and worked as a Business Consultant at the one of the top Russian Business Incubators, where she consulted, analyzed and evaluated start-up projects.

 

Michael Pilip

Michael Pilip is a product and technology leader with a successful record of designing and building world leading products and technology start-ups.

In 2009 Michael founded Casmul Inc, a social gaming netwrok company. Michael has built a gaming platform that served game developers, publishers and players, grew the team to 15 full-time employees and spearheaded business relations with top industry players. In 2011 the company was acquired by PlayPhone Inc, one of the leaders in mobile content distribution. Today, the gaming platform designed by Michael is used by industry top publishers and integrated with AT&T, Verizon and other US and international carriers.

Prior to founding Casmul, Michael held leading engineering and product development positions at Yahoo Inc. He led the development of top gaming products for Yahoo! Games, #1 online gaming destination at this time, and later served as Sr. Product Manager for Yahoo! advertisement, behavioral targeting and grid computing teams.

Michael’s unique expertise in gaming, social networks, eCommerce, advertising and data solutions helps him to identify new market disruptive opportunities. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Economics from Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

 

Angelika Blendstrup, Ph.D,  Principal and Founder, Angelika Blendstrup & Associates

Angelika Blendstrup holds a Ph.D. in Bilingual, Bicultural Education from Stanford University; in addition to English, Angelika speaks French, Spanish, Portuguese, and German.  She is the founder and principal of Angelika Blendstrup & Associates where she coaches international executives in Silicon Valley and delivers workshops at Stanford University's Continuing Studies, Haas Business School and UCLA Anderson School of Management on US business communications, personal branding and US business presentations.

Angelika also works with international startups on their investor and elevator pitches and shows them how to highlight and position themselves in a way that will appeal to US and global markets.
She’s the author of They Made It!- featuring interviews with major foreign-born leaders of Silicon Valley, and co-author of Communicating the American Way.

 

Lena Dokuchaeva, Startup Business Operations Consultant

Lena is a Startup Business Operations Consultant, including Human Resources Solutions, payroll, taxpay services and Insurance benefits.

Lena is a graduate of UC Hastings College of the Law with the Masters of Law degree and have an employment law background. In the past, Lena has worked in a number of jobs that blended her international law experience with her fluency in English and Russian. Lena has worked for the law firm of Holland & Knight, where she worked as part of an advisement team focusing on business deals between American corporations and the Russian oil industry, and she has also worked for the Center for Strategic Decision Research at Stanford University as a Project Manager/Foreign Legal Consultant in an international security project involving heads of states of various NATO countries.

After graduating from Hastings College of the Law, Ms. Dokuchayeva worked for the Pinnacle Law Group, a San Francisco law firm specializing in commercial and business litigation issues.  While at Pinnacle, Ms. Dokuchayeva specialized in business and commercial litigation matters.  Ms. Dokuchayeva has also worked for the Nolan Law Firm, a firm that specializes in representing survivors and victims of airline crashes and their families. 

Ms. Dokuchayeva is passionate about helping people who have suffered personal injuries.  Ms. Dokuchayeva remains an active member of Rotary International and volunteers for ACCESS (AirCraft Casualty Emotional Support Services).  Ms. Dokuchayeva is fluent in English and Russian.
